Deferring your course to a later date

Deferring your course to a later date

Learn more about our policies of deferring your course to a later intake.

We understand that things can get in the way of your studies. That’s why we offer students the ability to defer their booking on one occasion for up to 12 months from their original start date. Depending on your reasons for deferring, there may be a small fee to pay, which will cover the costs of your deferral.

Examples that might mean you should defer:

  • Being unwell and needing some time to rest and recover.
  • Having a busy period at work and needing to shift your focus.
  • Losing your job and needing to focus on finding another.
  • A family bereavement where you need some time to heal and mourn.

We encourage you to actively have a conversation with us about any of these or other circumstances which you feel may impact your studies with us.

To request a deferral of your booking, please open a new ticket on our Helpdesk.
