I need to reschedule the appointment with my client

If your client has requested to change the date or time of the appointment, or if they are agreeable to you changing the date/time, then you must update the appointment in the Coach Portal.

Go to your Coach Portal, navigate to 'My Appointments' and update the date/time the appointment. 

This will ensure the email reminders and feedback request emails go out at the appropriate date/time.
