My client didn't show up - what do I do?

If you go to your Coach Portal and click on 'My Appointments', you can then select the appointment and mark the client as a 'No Show'.

You will be credited with another token. This does sometimes happen in the world of coaching, we apologise and assure you that another client will be on their way soon. Please ensure that you keep your availability updated, as you may become available immediately after being refunded your client credit.
