Once you complete the training programme and all the relevant assessments are done, you will be sent your certificates via PDF and physical copies in the mail.

You will be asked to confirm the names and addresses for these before they will be sent out, so make sure you check your emails for this. It may take up to a few weeks for all of the certificates to be mailed out.

If this time has already passed, ask your trainer in the Facebook group and they will be able to investigate.
