Where is my certificate from my free 1-day workshop?

Immediately after the free 1-day workshop finishes, we send a batch email to all students with the following subject line:

Your next steps (free certificate and strategy call)

Within this email, you will find a link to a form for requesting a certificate. If you are unable to find the link, you can simply click here and submit the form.

If you have submitted the form and your certificate still hasn't arrived within 3 working days, please ensure:
  1. You have checked all email addresses you use (e.g. perhaps you filled the form using a different email address?)
  2. Check your spam/promotions folders
If you still can't find the certificate, please use the form above to request another certificate. It might be helpful to try and use another email address.
Note, you do not need to fill in the learning evidence again. Just let us know that you are re-submitting the form because the certificate hasn't been received yet.
