Cancel my booking for a paid course

Cancel my booking for a paid course

Understand if you can cancel your booking and how to go about doing this.

As a training provider, we have many costs associated with your booking, including fees to professional bodies, insurance, world-class trainers, materials and more. Unfortunately, these costs often still need to be paid even if a student changes their mind about studying with us. For this reason, we have a strict cancellation policy that seeks to be fair to all parties, including our customers and suppliers.

Registered in the last 14 days

If you signed your training agreement in the last 14 days you can request a cancellation and have 100% of your course fees refunded to you.

This means all students have 14 days after signing up to change their mind. Examples can include:

  • Being unable to get the time off work
  • Being unable to organise childcare
  • Or simply changing one's mind about becoming a coach

To request a cancelation submit a new ticket in our Helpdesk.
